Our family has been living with asthma, allergies, anxiety,adrenal fatigue, behavioral issues, constipation, depression, hypothyroid, OCD tendencies...with family histories that include diabetes and cancer. GAPS diet will reverse and help prevent these issues by restoring digestive health.

Day 40 We Survived!

Juice: red cabbage, celery, carrots and 2 apples
Breakfast: Yogurt with Apple Jam (1tsp)
Lunch: Roast and Carrots
Dinner: T-bones, Green Beans, Baby Romaine Salad with apples
Snack: meatballs
Treat: Apple Pie Ice Cream
Today's Prep:
Soaked Walnuts
Put Almonds in the dehydrator
